Attorney, Scott McDaniel, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from George Washington University and his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he received numerous awards for scholarly achievement in Labor Law and Human Rights Law. He is a licensed member of the Maryland Bar and also a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association Elder Law and Disability Rights Section, Washington County Bar Association, and National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR).

Before opening his own law practice, Mr. McDaniel worked for a government employees union and represented members in the areas of reasonable accommodation, disability discrimination, disability benefits, and other legal matters specific to workers with disabilities. Prior to practicing law, Mr. McDaniel worked as an Account Officer in the financial services industry. He also worked proudly as a union iron worker in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Scott's diverse background has provided him with valuable life experiences that help him to better serve his clients and understand their circumstances.

Scott currently resides in Hagerstown, Maryland, with his wife, Susanne, and Boxer, Rocksy.
